The Glocom GR-8100MS HF/VHF 100W mobile radio system reaches the highest level in wideband data performance to deliver information superiority on today’s battlefields. As a mobile version of GR-8100MS HF/VHF 100W Mobile Radio, it provides 100W HF and 50W VHF, and bandwidths from 3 to 24 kHz - with data rates of up to 51.2kbps. Providing advanced features in a form that’s more compact and lighter than previous HF 100W mobile radio, the GR-8100MS enables today’s warfighter to take on tomorrow’s missions.
Easy-to-use Mobile Radio
Installation of GR-8100MS HF/VHF 100W Mobile Radio Set is quite simple so that users complete in several minutes. Compared to GR-8100MS HF/VHF 100W Mobile Radio, switching frequency band is handy, and replacement of HF/VHF antenna is not needed. Glocom also provides installation kit for users to easily and simply install, conveniently use the radio set for voice&data communication.
3G Automatic Link Establishment (3G ALE)
The radio features high-performance 3G Automatic Link Establishment which supports reliable linking even under the challenging channel conditions. Even if you have no experience in HF communication, this radio allows you easily search the open channel band and fastly establish a reliable link for high-speed data transmission. If available, 3G ALE and data link protocols search clear band of up to 24kHz and provide fast, error-free data transfer of 51.2kbps data rate in the extreme terrain and radio environment.
Embedded Applications
GR-8100MS HF/VHF 100W Mobile Radio provides embedded applications such as blue force tracking(BFT), SMS messaging and signal intelligence.
■Blue Force Tracking
The radio also includes enhanced internal GPS providing automatic position reporting for full situational awareness. The embedded GPS receiver ensures accurate Position Location Information for enhanced Situational Awareness.
■SMS Messaging
Embedded SMS messaging makes it easy to send/receive messages between soldiers without any assistant Windows/Android applications. The radio also provides various types of data interface such as RS-232C, Ethernet and Bluetooth enabling users to use various types of data terminals including rugged PC and tablet for tactical data communication.
■Signal Intelligence
GR-8100MS’s powerful anti-jamming ability provides soldiers with free channel search under extreme radio environment with the help of its embedded signal intelligence.
